You've just arrived at Dr. Hsieh's website. I am delighted and honored you are considering me for your psychiatric needs. On this website, you will find my patient registration forms and contract. Please print and have these forms filled out prior to your appointment.
Please CALL my business cell to set up an appointment or EMAIL (hsiehdale@gmail.com). I work regular business hours, evenings, as well as weekends. I can usually see patients within 2-3 weeks of contact. Texting will no longer be used as a form of communication.
Emergencies: Although I offer after-hours services by appointment, the clinic is not a crisis or emergency clinic. If you are feeling suicidal, homicidal and/or cannot wait for an appointment for any reason, please call 9-1-1 or a local psychiatric hospital or emergency hotline. Suicidal or homicidal individuals need hospitalization immediately.
